Feedback is collected in two ways: through public reviews where your name or nickname is mentioned (on sites like Google or TripAdvisor), and through direct guest surveys that recognize you individually. You get to confirm which mentions are about you, and they’re added to your Recognition Profile.
As an employee, you have full control over your Recognition Profile. You can verify which feedback gets added, hide or report any inaccurate mentions, and manage how your profile appears. Managers have visibility into verified feedback to support coaching and recognition, but only you decide what becomes part of your public-facing profile.
Yes. You get a shareable Recognition Profile, like a soft-skills resume, built from real customer praise. It shows your traits, top mentions, and work history.
The basic version is free for employees. Premium features like coaching, assessments, or recruiter exposure may be added in the future.
Only what’s publicly available (like customer reviews) or what you choose to add. We never publish private data.
